Shipping & FAQ's

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your combined cart items, and the distance those items travel.

If you’re purchasing products that can be shipped via parcel, the system will reflect those rates for you to choose from.

If you’re purchasing items that individually could ship via parcel, but combine to a weight above our minimum freight shipment threshold, the system will also present a freight quote. We recommend freight deliveries whenever possible as they are much less prone to potential damages occurring during shipment compared to parcel.

Some products are only allowed to ship freight and have the freight costs built into the product costs. If this is the case (for 30 gallon drums and higher pack sizes), the system will only provide the free shipping option.

Our fulfillment team will decide which carrier is best to deliver your order.

If it can be shipped parcel, we choose typically between FedEx or UPS, some service areas allow one or the other depending on shipping address. We’ve had better luck regarding fewer damaged shipments with FedEx parcel and will most often default to them for parcel shipments.

Freight shipments depend on many factors including rate, delivery time, if a lift-gate is required, and more.

As soon as your order is assigned to our fulfillment team, the system will notify you with an email showing your order is ‘Awaiting Shipment’. This indicates that the carrier has been selected for your shipment and the warehouse is specified a date when the carrier will pick up the package(s) or pallet.

Your order is then prepared for shipment by our fulfillment team in 1-3 business days. Most orders are prepared for shipment the next day, but some take several days depending on order size, product, our existing order queue, and carrier availability.

The order is then picked up by the carrier when ready, a tracking number is assigned, and the package will arrive to your shipping address per the carrier’s tracking information.

A reminder that our products only ship via ground, so shipping times are typically between 1-5 days depending on your location.

Tracking numbers are provided by the carrier when they pickup your shipment from our warehouse. This occurs in 1-3 business days.

Although our shipping and freight rates are very competitive for shipping hazardous materials and bulk orders, we are happy to utilize your carrier account information if you prefer.

A reminder that we can only ship via ground transportation. Air shipments are not possible as our products are considered hazardous.
