Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy


Only products that are defective or have been damaged during shipping may be returned.  All returns MUST be approved prior to initiating a return shipment. Vanguard Industries (Seller) will review each request for product returns and order refunds individually and will notify Buyer as soon as possible when requested. If a refund is approved after product inspection, Buyer should expect to incur a 20% re-stocking fee, and receive an 80% refund within four weeks after receiving the returned product pending a successful product review and analysis.  This time period includes the transit time for Seller to receive the return from the shipper, if applicable (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Seller to process Buyer's return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes Buyer's bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). 
If Buyer is in need of returning an item, please Contact Us with the order number and details about the product in question.  Seller will respond quickly with instructions regarding return request.  DO NOT initiate a return without our prior consent.


If you do not provide us with the proper shipping information (wrong address, missing apartment number etc) we will not reship your product for free. You will be required to pay the entire shipping fee again plus any hazmat charges (hazmat fees are $37 per package). 


We ship our products very fast. If you decide to cancel your order, do so quickly. If we have already shipped your package, you will have to follow our return policy. We will not cancel and refund the order once it has been shipped.


Refunds requested for orders that are past the cancellation window mentioned above will only be processed if a product falls under the product return policy.  If damage occurs during shipment the buyer is responsible for any damage/lost package claims with the carrier (see our Terms & Conditions Page).  If buyer does not include shipping insurance with their original order, buyer can request a replacement shipment and will only be charged for the shipping fee of the replacement shipment.


35% Hydrogen Peroxide is a hazmat item as well as many of our products. The cost in shipping this item is significantly more than regular packages. All hazmat shipments are signature required on delivery. You need to make sure you or an adult signer are home/available to receive the item. We will not change your address to a different delivery location, refund, cancel or reship the item if you are not there to receive it. All sales on 35% Hydrogen Peroxide and all other haz mat products are final.
